Right in front of our balcony is a huge breadfruit tree and there always seems to be a nest on our eye level which makes it easier to spot the birds. Our mul cotton half & half saree is inspired by this view straight from our balcony - yellow coloured Bulbuls nesting in the lush green foliage with a blue background. The other half of the saree is the abstraction of tree branches. The pallu is finished with cute contrasting tassels uplifting the whole saree look.
At Mogasu, apparel is hand dyed and hand blocked printed by skillful artisans with love and precision. You might notice some imperfections - a testimony to the 100% original hand printing techniques. The colours might slightly differ due to lighting and photography.

Mul (mulmul cotton) fabric is super soft, lightweight and breathable. The fabric readily absorbs moisture, is great to wear during hot Indian summers.
Each saree is approximately 5.5 m in length and 45 inches in width. All sarees come with an 80 cm unstitched blouse piece, edging & tassels.

Do expect colour bleeding during the first few washes. Avoid soaking the saree. Wash separately and line dry in the shade. Iron at low temperatures in reverse. Please check out our blogs for more details on wash care.

We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc. Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched. Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.
All International orders are shipped via India Post and take 15-20 business days to deliver.
