Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

    1. We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it’s shipped—whichever comes first. If you need to cancel, we’ll process a refund with a minimal 5% processing fee, which helps us cover the payment gateway charges. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to keep things running smoothly!

    2. To request a cancellation, simply visit the ‘My Orders’ section of your profile on mogasu.com.

  2. Special Products & Offers

    1. Please note that sarees purchased during special offers, along with custom-made ready-to-wear items, pre-draped sarees, and accessories, are final sales and cannot be canceled or refunded. This helps us maintain the uniqueness and quality of our handcrafted pieces.

  3. Wabi-Sabi Collection

    1. Our Wabi-Sabi collection celebrates the beauty in imperfection and uniqueness. Due to the special nature of these items, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Returns Policy

We at Mogasu strive to deliver the best quality products to you. All our products (premium chanderi silk sarees, mul sarees) undergo a thorough quality check and assessment before shipping. Since the products are handmade, each product is unique and may have minor inconsistencies and aberrations. Return requests will only be considered for damaged products on a case-to-case basis.

  1. Sarees purchased during special offers, along with custom-made ready-to-wear items, pre-draped sarees, and accessories, are final sales and cannot be exhanged. This helps us maintain the uniqueness and quality of our handcrafted pieces.

  2. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please mail us the details at hello@mogasu.com mentioning your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect along with an unboxing video.

  3. The shipping charges for sending the products back to us has to be borne by the customer.

  4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team to assess the claim.

  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

  6. We do not have any exchange policy yet.

  7. Sarees bought from Wabi-sabi collection cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.

Additional terms for returns

  • Products without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

  • The products should be unused and unwashed.

  • Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted for returns.

  • Return requests that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • Products bought during sale are non-returnable.

  • Exchange will not be accepted if the product has been customized.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders

  • Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1000.

  • We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc.

  • Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.

  • Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.

  • Ready-to-wear clothing including pre-drapped sarees made for your specific size typically take 5-7 days to process and dispatch, since these are made-for-order products.

  • In case of change in delivery address, contact +91 7666 297989 or email hello@mogasu.com within 4 hours of placing the order

International orders

  • We Charge Flat Shipping Fees basis the number of products bought and its weight.

  • We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.

  • Ready-to-wear clothing including pre-drapped sarees made for your specific size typically take 5-7 days to process and dispatch, since these are made-for-order products.

  • Any customs or import charges has to be borne by the customer.
